I am blown away once again by the amazing people at Crossroads Cycling in Statesville. Each of these guys go out of their way to help us and get us excited to ride every time we visit the store. We purchased a bicycle for our daughter’s birthday, and customer service was top-notch from start to finish (as it always is). Anytime we’ve needed work or service done, it’s done right and never takes long. We are so thankful for you guys!!! We are loyal customers, and will bonus’s the store when it leaves Statesville :-(, but we will most definitely make the drive to Clemmons to see them for all our cycling needs. Thank you for helping to make our daughter’s birthday special!

Amazing staff. They asked the right questions and fit me with exactly the e bike I needed. I am retired, but come from a business where I learned to recognize the difference between simply doing a job, and having passion for a job. These folks have passion, and the ensuing knowledge, to set you up well.
