Stoped in the store in Statsville to get a chain for my Fuel EX8 they didn’t have one in stock but there other store in Clemsons had one, So Matt stoped in and picked it up for me and had it the next day. Great guy!!

The service tech name was Jackson. He was very professional, and did a great job bleeding my hydraulic brakes and adjusting my derailleur. The service was fast and the price was reasonable.

Every 0ne was helpful. Listen to my needs in a bike , knew the product, 3xplained service they offered.
I was very satisfied.

And I went into the store for a repair on a 30 year old Jamis bike.
I bought a new Trek Verve 2.
Im older and looking for more comfort and they sold me a great riding bike.
