The Statesville store has a great team. I had a problem with my Himiway Ebike. I stopped in and they looked at it immediately. A few minutes later, my bike was fixed and I was on my way. I cannot thank these guys enough. I had every intention of leaving the bike there for a few days. Thanks so much for your customer service.

The store was very helpful and had a great turn around time for my bike to be serviced. The only thing keeping me from a 10 was that I was not contacted about an additional item needed for my bike. It was just done and then I found out when I picked it up and had to pay.

I went in to purchase a bike and I took my brother who rides. I am 60 + years old and wanted to start riding again for health & wellness as well as making memories with my grandson. I purchased a Marlin 6 and my brother made seat adjustments for me and I love it first time on it. The staff was so nice and very encouraging and did not think I was crazy getting a bike now. I so appreciated that! Thanks so being such a warm and welcoming store!

This year I purchased my 1st Trek bike, a Checkpoint SL5, at Crossroads Cycling in Clemmons, NC. I’m really impressed with Trek overall as a cycling company. They offer more than bikes…actually more like a complete experience. I’m tremendously satisfied with my bike and the Bontrager accessories. I actually switched the tires on my SL5 for a set of Continental Grand Prix 5000s in a 700c x 32. I use this primarily as my new “road” bike. It’s super comfortable and the lower gear range is ideal for my senior citizen abilities. Since being a Trek customer I discovered Trek Travels. I’m looking forward to participating in some of these packages in my near future. Before concluding, I would like to commend the staff at Crossroads Cycling for being so courteous and professional. They represent Trek well and make you feel valued as a customer.
