Contact me about our service day. I did not know the last 2 times when the tech would be there. Also, I am supposed to be getting a natural treatment instead of chemical treatment. I am not sure if that was provided on our last treatment because we did not get an invoice.

On the few occasions we have need extra attention to eliminate the problem you have treat the location as many times a necessary to get rid of the pests.
I am very happy with the attention to detail, knowledge, and care that my technician, Tyrone, gives to my property. He's the best!
When you have someone in and around your home on a regular basis, it's comforting to have it be the same person year after year. You get to know them, recognize them in the grocery store or around town, talk to them about family or vacations. I am especially glad that people don't get switched around so I have strangers there all the time.
personally i do not see how the technician can treat so many structure in so little of time. i think on the average there are 8 buildings that get treated in 1 hour and 35 minutes. (last treatment).
You come when you are scheduled and do what you say you will do.
I would if they would check in the building management office before spraying.
