Our landlord was already using Bug Masters for the exterior. However, we were still having a bug problem. The first visit, per Bobby, was supposed to be a detailed spray into every place possible, including attic spaces for possible nests. The first man only sprayed the front area and outside. Obviously, this did not take care of the bug issue. Two weeks later, we called into the office for a retreat. The employee showed up early and seemed upset that we needed him to come back at the scheduled time. We are a dental office and can not spray with patients in the office. He stated that he was only scheduled for a 10 minute retreat. After pleading with him to spray the entire office, he finally did. However, the attic still has never been sprayed. It has been 5 days since out last treatment, and we still have bugs. :( I hope Bug Masters increases their level of care for their customers, or they will loose this one for sure.
The are friendly and professional. They communicate well and the technicians are competent and go a great job. No bug problems since we started using them.
Both the sales and service reps were very prompt, professional, & courteous. AND we haven't seen a bug since they were here. :-)

I like the email notification reminder of Bug Master appointment services. Bug Master responds and returns my email questions and messages promptly. The Service Technician is always courteous and professional. I can always call Bug Master between sprayings, if I see any infestation of insects or rodents ie: red ants, flying termites or mice. They are usually at our office that day or no later than the next workday morning. Thank you.

Quarterly service at my home Joey arrives on time and is . The business office emailed it was termite inspection. Joey did both at the same visit and I did not have to schedule another visit.
Email that termite inspection was going to be on a Sunday. Asked office to schedule with tenant and that has not happened yet according to the tenant.
