I like that y'all let me know when I have a scheduled treatment and the tecs are all super nice. I always recommend the co. because it is very good and a great price for a very valuable service. The Bug Master rocks!
Provide the true facts on current conditions, we need to know what it looks like and what we can do to correct, A phone call to the Facility Specialist will go a long way.
Used to be very thorough. Now it seems like less is better. All the company wants to do is the outside. This time he did not spray the yard like they used to, instead he used a hand held sprayer and used small pellets. I am a returning customer, and I am trying to understand why the changes in the way the job is done. Name removed

Upset that my gate was left wide open after technician was finished spraying the backyard. I have 4 pets & 1 of my dogs got out. Luckily I saw her from my office window. Please make sure technicians double check gates before they leave. Thank you.
Techs are very courteous, friendly & professional. Very cooperative in scheduling service @ times convenient for me.
After a telephone call on Nov 1, 2013 to check on my next service, I was told that my service would be in December. I let the person I spoke that I had bought a new home and would be closing on 11/15. I gave her to new address. She then told me that she would correct my records. I heard nothing else until Jan 5, 2014 to set up my appt. I asked about being told I was supposed to get service in December. I was told she had no record of my call. I told the person I spoke to that I had moved and gave her my new address. She told me that my records would be corrected. Appt set for Jan 13 between 9 and 12.
I received a call on Thursday, Jan 9 to confirm my appt. I reiterated I had move and gave her the address again. On Monday, January 13 at 11:45 I called to find out if anyone was coming out for my service. I was told service was completed. I asked where the service was done. Servoce was completed at my old address that had been vacant for two (2) months. I was then told you had no record of my new address and you would reset an appt for my new address, I declined and cancelled my total service with The Bug Master.
Later on Monday I received an email with my bill for service at my old address. I again called to ask why. She did not know but would cancel the bill. I called leter to verify that the bill was cancelled, I was told the bill had been cancelled. I then asked to speak to a manager. I was put on hold then told all the managers were in a meeting and someone would call back when the meeting was over. I guess the meeting is still in progress 4 days later since I have NOT heard form anyone until I received this questionaire.
Very efficient operation in general. The people who have been sent out to service our office are always professional, friendly and eager to do their job well.
