Since we assigned this contract there has been ONE visit from your company. I called the office yesterday morning and was told someone would contact me and all I received was this customer survey.
Not happy in Bryan, Texas.
You didn't go out to the property on the day you said you would. It was an emergency call and we needed someone to remove a dead animal that was stinking up a tenants' space and causing flies. The tenants were very unhappy that we could not get someone out to fix the problem the day we said that we would. Also, a technician was at the property a few times before they found the dead animal that was actually causing the smell.

Our technician is ALWAYS great but the office staff doesn't seem as warm and friendly.
I don't like that they spray our house and charge us the full price, weather we are home or not. How can we be charged full price if they do half the work?

The people that come to our house are great . They do their job real good and then they ask if we have any problems they are real friendly!!! The only thing is I would LIKE a heads-up when they are coming at least a day or two before they show up !!! Would also like a receipt emailed to me for paying for your service ... I like that the technician was timely: however, he forgot to put
ant repellant gel around some of the electrical outlets in the kitchen &
bathrooms. Could we have him come out to do that soon?

Not charge extra for roach cleans when you have already treated unit. They wouldn't need roach cleans if product/service was working or if your technician said the reason treatment is not working is becuase of !!!!!!, so we could send them a notice clarifying the issue. Your already 54% higher than the last company and Bobby swore that your services were 100% better.

The service technician, Raymond, is thorough, on time and pleasant to have in my home. With his service, I find only dead bugs (roaches) and few of them.
While Bugmaster comes out regularly, it feels like doing the minimum. We have had regular problems with rats in the basement. Bugmaster picks them up, but has been unresponsive about figuring out a better solution to identify how to keep them out and eliminate or reduce the problem. Feels like maybe interest in solving the problem is limited by desire for regular $70/mo.
