We had Jose for about 4 years and when he left to pursue self-employment I was very concerned that his replacement wouldn't maintain the excellent service. Zachary has indeed been just as pleasant, professional and good at his job. Lydia in the office is always consistently kind and good at her job too.

The service is fine and the technician extremely courteous. I am very dissatisfied that the last two applications did not do the job and I am being eaten up by mosquitoes. I hosted the National Neighbor Night Out 3 days after Bug Master spraying and everyone was being attacked. It is a lot to pay for monthly service on a budget anyway but when it doesn't work it is extremely upsetting.
Always on time. Very professional and always puts on protected shoe covers not to track in home. Discusses problems and solution. Very nice employees.
I have noticed ants inside my house and a few spiders. Also, we did a yard treatment and the yard seems to have gotten worse.
We had service specifically for Scorpions and two weeks later my 2 1/2 year old was bitten. I called in to ask for another service call and no one called me back. We've used you guys in the past and we had stopped for almost the same reason.
We had some problems at first as far as a few misunderstandings about the services we were getting and how much area outside was going to be treated, but after that was resolved we haven't had anymore problems

The Bug Master does an outstanding job. We have never had any complaints and all of our home owners only say good things about them. I love that they come by the office to check if we need anything from them.

Seems to be a disconnect between the technicians and customer service. When I received my appt time I replied fairly quickly that the day selected would not work. So a new appt was scheduled. But the technician indicated he had arrived at my house for the original appt and wondered why I was not home. And this was not the first time. That certainly makes the company look bad and costs the company time and money.
