The drop off and pick up service was excellent. We came in on international and I called on the phone to get picked up at the international terminal and I only waited a matter of minutes and someone picked me up and immediately took me to Parking Spot one to return me back to my vehicle. I used to park with the previous company, but I decided to try Parking Spot this is my second time using them? I will never go anywhere else. I am more than happy!

Their parking facility is very safe. I know because I accidentally left car unlocked when shuttle was sitting behind my car as soon as I stepped out causing me to rush and forget to lock my car however I was gone t days and nothing happened to my car. I would like to suggest that they wait a bit and allow people to be ready to be picked up.

The people who we come in contact with every time are so kind and you can’t replicate that artificially. We will always keep coming back! Our most recent experience including them cleaning off our car after a huge snow storm. We didn’t have any cash left and the attendant gracious said, “It’s okay Ma’am, get me next time.” I will certainly look forward to doing that! We do have a suggestion- please add a group Venmo QR code outside or give these guys individual business cards with Venmo QR codes on them because they deserve tips for their hard work when us millennials don’t have cash :-). Thank you!

Buses are readily available and the drivers helped my wife and I get our bags on and off the vehicle.
I thought I prepaid but i had to pay at exit. I’m watching my card statement to insure I am not being double-billed. Is there a safeguard in your system to prevent this?
