It was easy to book, park, and pay. We didn't have to wait for the shuttle for very long. The driver was helpful and friendly.
The online reservation, checking in process was uneventful. The pick up and exiting process went seamlessly well. I will use this service the next time I fly out of Phoenix airport.
I liked that the driver introduced herself and explained the stops to which airline first and wished everyone safe travels
Great customer service! Employees go above and beyond!
Quick suhuttle pickup. and usually return pickup is fairly quick. Good discounts and sale prices periodically throughout the year
Ease of parking and shuttle picks you up at car drops you off Very little wait for pick up returning to parking spot.
Obviously everything. I've been parking here forever!
I have a medical tag snd they have a section just for that. Plus the drivers just automatically get my suitcase out of the trunk for me and put it back in the trunk on my return. They are always timely picking up at your car or the terminal. Sometimes the bus is full and sometimes it’s just me and instead of waiting around for more people, they take me to parking. I’m a fan of the Parking Spot East.
