The ease of booking online, getting picked up by the shuttle, receiving a card with parking location, and getting dropped off.
The only thing I was bothered by was how the app wasn’t working by not letting me request pick up or track the shuttle. I also feel like the the card isn’t detailed enough of where the pick up is with what floor, etc.
Reserving a spot on line is easy. Once you arrive check in is easy and fast. Buses come through quickly and get you to airport on time!

Such easy process, I feel my vehicle is safe and secure. The shuttle drivers are all friendly and courteous. Upon our return to Buffalo after a 4 day trip the shuttle driver even removed the snow off our vehicle. That’s above and beyond!

The drop off and pick up service was excellent. We came in on international and I called on the phone to get picked up at the international terminal and I only waited a matter of minutes and someone picked me up and immediately took me to Parking Spot one to return me back to my vehicle. I used to park with the previous company, but I decided to try Parking Spot this is my second time using them? I will never go anywhere else. I am more than happy!

Readily accessible buses at both pick-up at lot and airport. Driver very courteous and engaging. Quick ride to/from airport.
Their parking facility is very safe. I know because I accidentally left car unlocked when shuttle was sitting behind my car as soon as I stepped out causing me to rush and forget to lock my car however I was gone t days and nothing happened to my car. I would like to suggest that they wait a bit and allow people to be ready to be picked up.

Online reservations are clear and easy. QR codes work to make checking and checkout quick. Shuttles arrive within minutes and provide reminder slips of where you park. But it’s the above and beyond that really make the difference! I dropped my glove while exiting in freezing temperatures at 2am, got home and called, talked to a real person!, and they saw and retrieved it so I could get it the next day. Recently, my car was parking there during a heavy snowstorm. Shuttle driver shoveled behind me while I cleaned off my car. He had offered to do that too! Just excellent service all around.
