Everything was so easy- I prepaid when booking a parking spot. Pulled up scanned my paper told me what isle to park in. When I turned down that isle the bus was waiting for us. The driver got out and helped with luggage. All we had to do was get on and relax on the way to the terminal. Fast and organized!

I like that they are already very fast in picking you up as soon as you get parked to take you to the airport. They are always very friendly and helpful. They also offer a Travel agent rate, which is very important to our Travel industry. Also it is always very nice to have a cold water when we depart.

But I have to say I come down 183 to 79 and it's extremely dangerous to get over immediately to exit for the Spot !! I have to say that is the only thing I don't like about it.

It was so easy to do everything online! Easy pick up and drop off! They take you right back to your car! The drivers were helpful and courteous. The whole process was great!
