Convenient shuttle, short waits, detailing available (convenient and not too pricey), free water bottles (after we couldn't bring them on the plane), phone app for convenience.

My driver was awesome. My flight came in later then expected and you're vehicle was right there. I was so happy because I was tired.

I just have one issue. I was trying to drive out and the person in the box on the left was talking to someone who was standing in the exit. That someone saw me waiting and kept on talking. He eventually moved. I think that is downright rude especially when people are trying to leave and go home late at night.

I still stand by the 10 because this is the 1st time that's ever happened. Everything generally flows smoothly.

Quick and convenient pickup

Great parking spot location that is safe and convenient.

I love that I never have to wait very long for a shuttle bus. I actually parked at another valet lot until after several late night arrivals I ended up standing out at the curb for a very long time all alone watching several of your busses go by. I decided to give you a chance and have never looked back.

The ease of the process

Consistent pick up at the lot, friendly drivers, people who know my name from coming every week for decades, and prompt return from the terminal. TPS1 is the best! Shout out to Al and Jay for making it great.

Parking Spot van drivers are always so friendly and helpful. This trip I had the same van driver both times. I believe his names was James. He deserves an extra good shout out.

It it very quick to drop off our car; the shuttlebus is always prompt in both the drop off and the pick up of our car.

I like the convenient location, the quick shittle service and the ease of use.

The road construction is a problem, but even the road out of the facility is in awful shape - I hope that will be addressed.

I like that i am picked up and dropped off at my car and can park under the covered area.

I do wish you would invest a bit more in the vehicles - they are typically squeaky, not cushioned and the bumpy ride only makes both worse.

The ease of the process was what I liked best. We were met by an attendant entering the lot who directed us where to park, parked the car, waited for the shuttle to pick us up at our car, picked up a few other travelers, and headed to the airport. When we returned, the process was just as simple. All of the employees we encountered were professional and polite.

I headed to the parking facility without a reservation due to a sudden business trip.
I realized that it isn't possible to make a last-minute advance booking via the app.
Fortunately, there were parking spaces available, and I was relieved to be able to park my car just as I always do.

Friendly and helpful driver/staff!

Parking was easy, the shuttles to and from the airport were very prompt. We only waited about 5 minutes upon our return. The driver was helpful and dropped us back off at our vehicle. Check out was simple and the cold water was so nice to have after a long, long day of travel.

The system for printing out a QR code after payment, transport to the airport, and transport back after returing to Phoenix was quick and easy!
