Convenient to airport, efficient pickup and delivery to check in, helpful employees, very professional, reasonable prices.
I like the spacious parking lots (inside AND outside). I like the shuttle access and quick responses when departing and arriving. The drivers are always friendly. I also like the ability to get a bottle of water for the drive home from the coolers at the exits - it's a nice touch!

We were caught up in the tech fiasco that occurred with the airlines on July 19, which delayed our return by more that 12 hours. I really appreciated that the parking spot allowed us to be parked there longer than we had made the reservation for with no penalty.
EASY PROCESS, COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL DRIVERS, HELPFUL STAFF
It is convenient and safe for our cars. The numbers of buses seem to be very adequate for getting us to and from the airport. It's a good alternative to staying overnight in a hotel for parking.
