Convince

Great price, great staff, no long wait for shuttle at airport. (No long wait for the shuttle is the most important thing when choosing an off site parking lot)

Close to highway and airport. Easy in & out. Fast shuttle.

Drivers and entrance assistance were polite.

The convenience and the drivers that I had both to and from the airport were great

Great customer service

I have been parking here for several years. I appreciate through all of the new owners over the years, the service remains the same. I often travel alone, and I feel very safe, especially when I come home later in the evening. I appreciate being picked up at my car and dropped off at my car, and often the driver will help me put my suitcase in the trunk. I appreciate being part of your "club" and being able to earn a free parking day once in awhile.

The simplicity of parking and getting to and from the airport

Convenient, friendly service. Very reliable shuttle service. Fairly priced.

Ease and convenience. Drivers are always very nice and helpful.

When you self park, the shuttle picks you up right at your parking spot and delivers you back to your spot upon return.
Shuttle driver was kind, courteous, professional (Leon for return, sorry I don't recall who picked me up for airport).
I had trouble at the exit gate and the person on the phone was very patient and helpful when I struggled to get the bar code and the credit card read.
Overall a great experience. thank you!

We love parking our vehicles at the Parking Spot South. The lot is well maintained and offers plenty of covered or non-covered spots. We feel secure in leaving our vehicle parked here. We have never had any issues in the years we have been parking here. The employees are always very friendly!

Both drivers were very helpful, friendly, and prompt in picking us up and dropping us off. The prices were great and the rewards program is awesome.

Reliable and friendly.

I like the location (off airport), the convenience of the shuttle to and from the lot, and the price.

Security, convenience, and efficiency.

Assistance with luggage getting to and from the terminal and direct drop off at your car.
