Great app and great attendants at the parking lot. Shuttle bus is right there when you get out of your car! Frequent pickup at the airport to bring you back to your car and excellent help at the outgoing kiosk when we had difficulty.
The process to sign up for a spot is easy. All the employees I have encountered have been professional and helpful. The drop-offs and pick-ups at the airport have been timely so it justifies the reason to park off-site.
