Everyone was helpful, courteous and enjoyable to meet. The drivers were cheerful and actually talked to you on the ride. They also got my bags on and off the bus. The driver that brought me back even put the suitcase in my car.

It was very convenient to prepay the parking with my phone. It was the middle of the night and instead of discussing with the attendant,I was able to scan and leave in less than a minute. No issue, no difficulty.

Easy to use, courteous staff, so awesome to just park, hop a shuttle and get to the airport. Then the reverse on the way home. Knowing the whole time my car was protected from the elements under a cover.

I gave it a 7, I like the shuttle from car to airport but there is just not enough shuttles running to pick you up. I waited for 35min+ for a shuttle to get to me last week. I’m contemplating just using Uber moving forward.
