Ease of reserving. Able to change reservation if needed. Cost efficient. Rewards for usage. Courteous drivers. Immediately able to "catch a bus" when retrieving luggage at BDL in Windsor Locks, CT. Usually, always space for parking, with choice of valet or self-park. Have used "The Spot" prior to being "The Spot" known as Roncari and the service has been top notch. Especially for a senior citizen who doesn't fly all that much like business people do for their jobs.
