I like that they pick you up and drop you off at your car, especially when it's dark outside. It's very convenient and I have never waited for a bus.

Parking spots a little tight, but shuttle comes by every few min. They load your bags for you and are polite and friendly. Smooth short ride to the airport. Reasonable rates and covered parking.

The first time I parked in the South regular lot was a great experience. As we pulled in, someone told us where to go to find empty spots - so we didn't have to roam the lot looking. The shuttle was there very quickly. It was also wonderful that when I opened up the app when we landed at 1 am that it signaled the shuttle driver that we were looking for them. I thought I was going to have to call which we decided to do after we got our luggage. However, when we went outside, the shuttle was waiting for us. That made a long night a little bit better.

Pricing is good

reservations are easy to make; prices are usually affordable (seasonality makes a difference); staff is helpful; shuttles arrive very quickly/no wait. last time I got a full service car detail and they did a good job. I use The Parking Spot regularly.

The service is great. The drivers are fantastic especially the one I had upon departing. before we left the parking lot, he asked, does everybody have their cell phone chargers, their cell phones, their computers, and everything they need for their trip? That was amazing. That was the first driver that I’ve ever had do that. That meant an awful lot. Thank you for always getting me to the airport on time. Thank you for not making me wait forever. When my flight returns to get me back to my car so that I can get back to business as usual.

Price, shuttle, staff.

Every thing is smooth and easy. We always get a shuttle to the airport very quickly after parking. My only suggestion is to have more frequent shuttles at the airport back to the parking lot. We saw at least 5 shuttles to the Parking Spot 2 before 1 came for us.
