Following an unexpected mishap with my reservation, the manager, Jay, immediately stepped in and went entirely above and beyond to ensure that I felt valued as a client. Furthermore, the overall experience at The Parking Spot displayed an exemplary level of customer care. Though it can vary based on dynamic pricing as well as promotions, generally the price point at Parking Spot South is among the most attractive of all the off-airport lots at DEN. To be sure, it also takes among the longest commute times to/from the terminal which can impact usage depending on timing as well as being an outdoors-only lot (had a car totaled there due to severe hail damage 2 years ago, not their fault obviously but location, location, location. Friendly staff and drivers almost always.

The service is simply outstanding. I make my reservation online. When I get to the parking lot,
I check in and park. Within 2-3 minutes a shuttle bus appears and drops us at check in. On my return I never have to wait for a bus at the baggage claim area.
Within minutes I am dropped off at my car.
The drivers are always friendly and helpful with unloading my luggage. They make my travel easy and are rewarded with a tip!
