Ride and assistance with luggage was wonderful. Seemed to be more frequent shuttles to the North Parking Spot than the South. But after 4 north shuttles and 10 minutes, a South Parking Spot shuttle picked me up.
We never have to wait more than a couple of minutes at either end

I like the communication and the personal pick up and delivery directly to one’s car. I like the helpfulness of the driver and the card given with the row and parking spot number.

I love the quick service and transport from my car to the airport. The driver I had coming from the airport was rude. Tried to start a conversation and was greeted with silence. Tried to thank him for the drop off and again silence. Please do better
I’ve parked in Gold Parking for the last 20+ years but when they raised the rate to $45 😳 a day, I decided to give Parking Spot a try on my son’s recommendation. I’m sold. Easy in/easy out. Drivers are very friendly and helpful. Only wish pickup was closer to the west end of the airport but that’s not your issue. Thanks for a nice experience.
Fast pickup when arriving at the spot, no hassle getting through all the construction around the airport dropped off right at the terminal.pickup from the terminal was awesome driver was very professional. Will do again highly recommended.
