I had a great experience with The Parking Spot (JFK) at Houston IAH. The facility is large, clean, and fully covered, which gave me peace of mind leaving my car there. The shuttle service was fast and efficient, and the driver was extremely attentive, friendly, and helpful with luggage. Pickup and drop-off were smooth and stress-free. This made my trip so much easier. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again!

Was easy to book, the app made dropping off the truck a breeze, we got picked up right away to take us to the terminal. Upon our return we asked airport personnel in the baggage claim area where to find the parking spot van. We walked out and the driver was there. Took us and another man back to get our vehicles and dropped us off. Again with the app leaving the parking lot was breeze and the QR code made tipping easy as well. Good experience. Will use again. Liked better than the long term parking which we have always used in the past. Bonus was the Groupon. Thanks for a good experience. Karen
