Convenient

Pretty simple and easy process. Scanned my qr code, got in, found a spot on the roof.Got a ride to and from the airport using their shuttle service, waited a total of maybe 5 mins, drivers provided good service. Love the free water. Glad to come back and see my car in one piece. Will use them again.

Easy to rserve. Good pricing and your bus drivers are great!

Excellent location, easy reservation and in and out, great drivers. The cold water at the exit is wonderful. I’ve been using this location for years and it has improved a ton from when it was park n fly plus.

The shuttle driver was very friendly. He helped me with my bags , very pleasant.

Prompt pickup both coming and going to the airport.

Get shuttle service, very nice drivers, fast and easy service

Close to Midway airport and easily accessible

Shuttle and staff were awesome! Our vehicle was safe, which was reassuring!

The location so close to the airport was great. Drop off of my vehicle was easy with prompt service to the airport. Pick-up time waiting for the bus was reasonable. The parking lot at night was well lite. Check in and out at the gate was easy with personnel readily available.

My only complaint was receiving multiple text showing reduced coupon rates by an additional 10 -15% after I had already paid and could not do anything else about it since there was no readily available contact number or entity.

Service was super prompt, drivers helpful and friendly. Quick and easy, just as I like it.

Bus driver was cordial and picked us up right away.

Easy, quick, great drivers, faster than regular airport parking by far!

It's always easy and fairly fast.

Was awesome like always

Convenient, quiet, clean, secure, numerous shuttles, pricing, and prompt.

Friendly and helpful always willing to help with my heavy luggage.

Convenient, quick shuttles, not too pricey

Satisfied.

Shuttle service is excellent. Drivers are courteous, friendly, and helpful. Check-in and check-out is always a breeze. Complimentary water is always a bonus that I look forward to after flying all day.

The shuttles run regularly, are clean and the drivers are nice.

Good prices, super convenient pickup of us and our luggage right AT our car!!! Great service overall. Little confusion on the way back as we were dropped off at valet but were able to get right back on the bus. Departing personnel did not give us any type of ticket on where we parked but thank goodness we remembered and were right near the self-park entrance….otherwise we may have been circling the large parking lot for a while trying to find the car on our return!!

The Parking Attendant was Iesha was very kind and patient with us when we couldn't connect to the site, in our way in and out of the facility.

Courtesy, patience, and friendly welcome. Quick shuttle rounds. Ease of making reservations.

Everything

Location, The amount of of parking areas, The very helpful cashiers, And most importantly the shuttle drivers who patiently wait for you to take you to the airport. I have only used parking at 1 & 2. Both were outstanding.
