There is always a shuttle within 5 or 10 minutes after we land. And we always valet. They call in and let the valet people know we are coming. Our car is always sitting by the office and ready to go. Plus they always have water for us.

The Parking Spot is a secure place to park the car. It's easy to get into to drop off the car and get over to the airport. The shuttle back to the car at the end of the trip is also quick and easy.

Everything from arriving and being transported to the airport and then the return trip was flawless. The employees were pleasant and helpful. My husband has difficulty getting around and they were especially careful helping him.

Location and ease of parking

Drivers were fantasic. Very helpful with luggage and friendly. Pick-up both in lot to airport and airport back to lot was very quick.

We would definitely use the Parking Spots again. We were greeted by a pleasant person at the gate when we arrived. They gave us directions on where to park and our shuttle was there right away.
After we got our luggage on the way home, the shuttle was waiting outside. We did not have to wait at all. Both drivers were courteous and helpful.

Very easy to book. Love the at car pick up and drop off. The vans are very easy to spot at the airport and I’ve never had to wait more than 2-3 minutes for pick-up.

He was quite understanding to our situation and was most helpful. My Faith in this particular parking area has been restored! This was my first experience at this particular location.
