Guest Testimonials

The people who work at The Parking Spot are so willing to help me in every way I needed help: with my carryon coming to the airport and with my carryon leaving the airport; and at the checkout time.
I would recommend The Parking Spot
to anyone who needs to park at the Charlotte airport.
My car was under a roof.
I am so very appreciative and thank all of you who helped me when I needed help.

Location, people and speed of drop off and pickup

The drivers to and from airport do a great job.

Always nice people. They understand when you are in a hurry and they are always helpful.

Everything from pickup at our car, knowing where the van is, to dropping us off at our car.

Friendly and very efficient.

Quick to pickup. Safe drivers. Good selections for parking. Love the bottled water upon our returns.

I enjoy the service but sometimes, the pickups from the parking lot to the airport take longer than desired.

Friendly helpful staff, ease of making reservations, ease of parking, fast shuttle pick up and drop off. Drivers help with luggage loading and unloading! Having bottled water and car wash certificates is greatly appreciated!

clean easy parking location, well lit, good timely pickups and drop offs, been using you for years. keep up the great work

We love the shuttle pick up and drop off at our car. The baggage assistance is also a plus. Shuttles are always within a few minutes wait at the airport and the cost is affordable.

You are the Best! Thank you to you and your entire team!

Easy and the shuttle picks and drops you off right at your car

The service is friendly and convenient. Most drivers even help load your luggage into your vehicle.

The service I received was excellent!! I feel much safer when dropping off and picking up my car because of the care of the driver and how the service is provided. Because I am a woman of a certain age, the help with my luggage is very much appreciated. Furthermore, I am confident that my car is in a safe place while I travel. Love The Parking Spot!!

Convenience

I will definitely refer family and friends. It was easy the drivers were friendly and on time in a timely manner. I will definitely park there again when flying out.. Thanks for the great hospitality..
