Very easy to use. Making and paying for a reservation on the Web is easy. Entry using the Wallet app on the iPhone is easy. Shuttle buses are frequent. On return to LAX, the app shows shuttles approaching and signals the driver for you. And the price is competitive.

Easy app usage. Drivers are very polite and helpful. Prompt service to and from airport. Speedy enter and exit of facility. Spots are numbered so it’s easy to find vehicle. I haven’t had any issues of theft or vandalism while my car was parked here. I have used this company in the past which is why I still use it now.

We've used The Parking Spot since 2011. We've liked the rapid pickup at parking spaces, etc., but we've only used the new Standard/Basic system once and are undecided.
