Easy to get reservation online; short wait time for shuttles.
I like that I do not have to remember where in the lot that I parked my car. When one is gone for several days the cars next to you can change especially when you are parking very early in the morning. The only issue that I experienced was not knowing that the aisle that I was asked to use was to the left and not straight ahead. I would suggest that some form of map be included in the app to alleviate this issue especially for first timers or infrequent users.
The convenience of having access to my vehicle to get home quickly and the dropoff at my vehicle is a fabulous touch!
The transportation to and from the airport is more personal and helpful. The area feels safer.
The entire team is professional and friendly. I do miss have a car wash option though…

Parking here is cheaper, more secure and less stressful than parking at the airport. The shuttles are reliable and helpful. They help load and unload baggage and got me to and from the airport and my vehicle. I definitely would use again and would recommend to friends and family.

Shuttle pick-up is quick, the provided cards are very helpful for once we return, and check-in/check-out is easy (particularly when booking in advance). All staff are also friendly and helpful.

Out bound time is great, no problem with shuttle service. Inbound you have to call several times. You see the other shuttle services go and come. Otherwise services are great.

There was a very long line waiting for pickup on Saturday, September 20, 2025 at Hobby Airport. Finally, after about 30 minutes of waiting, Parking Spot 2 assisted with the pickup for Parking Spot 1. I'm not sure what happened but Parking Spot 2 (Robert) stepped in and was quick to get us picked up and dropped off.
