It was great service, my husband always has issues with bar code readers (mainly because he does not follow instructions) but we had someone help us right away.
The instructions on getting to where we needed to go to check in and also how to pick up the bus to get back to the car are excellent. We were very pleased with the service and will use them again!

Very convenient. The shuttle comes right to your car and drops you off at the curb by your airline. Pickup is easy as well, and they drop you off right next to your car.
Easy to use. Safe parking area. Good pickup at location but waited almost a half hour at the terminal for the south bus. Meanwhile, four North buses came by.. always courteous and helpful with baggage
