I am disabled and the YMCA is a perfect place for me to ride a stationary bicycle and lift some weights!

I like the. Silver. Sneakers classes. Mainly what I do. But the gym is nice, Also. I just don,t get to spend. Much time as I would like. All the staff are so nice. And Helpful. I enjoy going there. Have met alot of nice people there.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I appreciate the classes offered. sometimes an 'instructor' is unavailable, and a scramble is made to fill the slot. Attendance of some classes is low at times, hopefully not jeopardizing the need to keep the class. instructors are enthusiastic and knowledgeable relative to the class they are leading.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I enjoy working out in the exercise room. There are different exercise stations to work every muscle in one's body. The facility is clean and the Y tries to keep everything in working order.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

A large selection of machines available. Need more instructions for the machines somehow geared toward senior citizens. Would like to see a Wednesday class of chair volleyball offered at the Frankfort location.
Staff is always helpful and friendly especially in the lobby.
