I really enjoy participating in the classes for Seniors—Silver Sneakers & Fit for Life. We need on-site pool facilities and heath carr checks similar to Lexington branch.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Staff are friendly and approachable. There are generally enough machines and equipment to accommodate the number of people wishing to use them. I haven't found a class that works for me yet, but there seem to be several available. I feel safe and comfortable in the environment.

I do think the Y needs a pool in Frankfort (although I'm not a swimmer). I was thinking today that it would be great to have a quarter-mile track around the facility for those who want to walk/run on sunshiny days. I'd also like to see you guys post on a weekly basis the exercise programs offered by the Y, perhaps every Sunday. Have a great day!
