I love the option of childcare for us moms and dads who need the extra set of hands to be able to take care of our minds and bodies. Mrs. Ashley is absolutely wonderful and my children look forward to going everyday that we can. Thank you for the service that you provide to families!

As I am somewhat disabled I love the stationary bikes and some weight equipment! Also like the rowing machines

Friendly and safe environment, facility is clean, adequate equipment. Currently using one of the YMCA personal trainers. Trainer has been very helpful and professional.

I enjoy going to several silver sneakers classes as well as some of the other classes. I have met many friends at the YMCA in Frankfort.
