The quality of class leaders and the welcoming manner of staff and Y members are all big positives. Every class has been inclusive of all fitness levels and the leaders readily offer modifications.

Our Y has the absolute BEST staff! They are ALWAYS friendly and helpful! The varied equipment and friendly environment make for a comfortable place to work out no matter your fitness level or goals

I love the classes and the helpfulness of all of the employees. The staff at the Frankfort branch is a welcoming and kind group of people.

I just walk for exercise. My wife meets for yoga plus another exercise class - contemplating chair volleyball.

I only use the fitness area. The staff are very friendly. Other than that I don’t really use any other aspects. I’m in and out. But yall are doing great!

The adult programs are open to all ages and abilities. Members can work at their own pace. The trainers are friendly, courteous, and provide expertise and experience.

Silver Sneakers classes have fantastic teachers. Chair volleyball is the best fun all week. Have everything we need except a pool.

Love the yoga classes. Use the indoor walking track when it’s raining. Use the weight machines 3 times a week.
