I love Silver Sneakers classes but still wish that there was a pool in Frankfort.

Has all the exercise machines needed. I have not yet tried one of the activities yet

I only use the fitness area. The staff are very friendly. Other than that I don’t really use any other aspects. I’m in and out. But yall are doing great!

The adult programs are open to all ages and abilities. Members can work at their own pace. The trainers are friendly, courteous, and provide expertise and experience.

Silver Sneakers classes have fantastic teachers. Chair volleyball is the best fun all week. Have everything we need except a pool.

That the classes are mostly in the mornings.

Many options for exercise and making new friends. Plus, front desk personnel are very welcoming.

Love the yoga classes. Use the indoor walking track when it’s raining. Use the weight machines 3 times a week.

Silver sneaker program is great.

The classes and the instructors are great. I also play chair volleyball at the Y. The instructors are caring and patient. I am at the Y usually five times a week!

You all have been very helpful when we ask for assistance using the machines.

Lots of group exercise offered, and a great gym. Need a pool, though! And a gymnasium would also be great.

Classes!! The exercise classes are great. With the instructors and members in the classes there is a feeling of camaraderie and accountability.

Our local YMCA is a clean facility with a variety of equipment and classes for all fitness levels. The staff are ALL super friendly and helpful!
