Classes!! The exercise classes are great. With the instructors and members in the classes there is a feeling of camaraderie and accountability.
Our local YMCA is a clean facility with a variety of equipment and classes for all fitness levels. The staff are ALL super friendly and helpful!

The Y offers a variety of activities for all ages. It has certified trainers for those who desire expert guidance in physical development. Staff is always available to answer questions or demonstrate how the exercise equipment works.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful, the equipment is plentiful and well maintained and there is something for everyone who is working out on a regular basis or recovering from injury/surgery, etc. The people that work there are friendly, kind and very helpful! I can’t say enough good things about my experience there over the past month!
