What do you like about our programs and activities?

I enjoy working out in the exercise room. There are different exercise stations to work every muscle in one's body. The facility is clean and the Y tries to keep everything in working order.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

A large selection of machines available. Need more instructions for the machines somehow geared toward senior citizens. Would like to see a Wednesday class of chair volleyball offered at the Frankfort location.
Staff is always helpful and friendly especially in the lobby.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I enjoy the gym and the outstanding management staff at Frankfort’s Prevention Park YMCA. We wish, however, you could find the staff to reopen its pool, to include the funds to maintain the required equipment and machinery. The capital city is now without a public pool.
