I like that there are classes available for all degrees of fitness I also like that some of the classes give you a challenge because that is what motivates you to try harder.

I have the option to take part in what is best for me. I love it and the employees are wonderful and caring. That really means so much to me.
As I am disabled I do not participate in programs or activities! What I do is ride the stationary bicycles, do some weight lifting and use the staircase that the Y provides! I have met many people there and they are so nice and helpful.

The gym equipment is top of the range and the staff are outstanding and professional in ever way.
I like that the gym members are friendly but not judgmental. The staff is kind and welcoming. The facility is clean.
