We had a major break down while we were traveling in our Chevrolet Van RV. Mike the customer service manager found time to have a skilled mechanic trouble shoot our vehicle in a quick and efficient manner. We did end up having to stay at a hotel for two nights while waiting for parts. When the parts arrived, the service man worked on it immediately and finished a very large job as quick as possible. Buck shuttled us to and back from the nearby hotel, he had a friendly smile while we were a bit tired at this time. Debbie Termer, our service advisor, kept us up to date on the status of our parts and repair and went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed while we waited for the two days. We fully recommend everyone at this service center.

We broke down on 65 on our way home from a trip. Everyone at the dealership went out of their way to be kind and helpful to us. They found the part for our car, picked it up and installed it, test drove it and had us back on the road the next morning. We truly appreciate the excellent service we got there.

Melinda was my sales rep. She was exactly what I needed at the moment. I was in a car accident in my only 2 year old vehicle that was totaled. I was really upset over the entire thing and having to purchase a new car in the first place. I told Melinda exactly what I needed and she delivered the best customer service I could have asked for.
