I am from out of town looking online for my next truck. My wife had sent a message to Don Franklin online in question on a truck we were looking for. Brandon called back the next morning to see what we were interested in. Brandon went out of his way to make sure I found the right truck. He found one and had it brought from another location. Also had all paperwork taken care of over the phone so there wasn't a long wait to finalize the purchase. I didn't have to worry about it being sold out from under me. He made sure my trip to Glasglow KY was worth the drive.

Done business with John Florence for years. Straight up one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Another dealer that I have bought many cars from over the years lost my business when the sales lady walked outside, backed up to look at my veteran plate and then told me that there would be a $2500 up charge because I was a resident of Kentucky.

My pleasure to serve you, leave your dealership and don’t worry I will not be back Honda.
