From the minute I entered the service area until I left great service. also, I always take my dog with me, and he is always on his leech. He was hacking because he was thirsty and 1 of the associates heard him went got him water in a cup. I thought that was very thoughtful, but I wasn't surprised. We had quit going to Goodman because service was poor but from the beginning of Franklin taking over both my husband and I take both of our vehicles to Franklin.
Keep up the good work. Also, we had 3 vehicles decided to sell 1 of them to you all and your associate I forget her name gave us a great deal was very nice to us.

At Don Franklin Glasgow, my recent experience with the Service Department was just like my previous experience.

The employees were friendly and professional and my vehicle was serviced properly. Their customer waiting area is comfortable with something to drink.

You are a bit of a drive for routine service. I was there for the free oil change that came with my used car purchase. The next time I need a car I will check to see if you have what I need like you did with this car.
