Vehicles were guaranteed to be reliable!! Bryan did an amazing job explaining the bonus of buying the 48m insurance and extra packages before leaving and gave us peace of mind our high buy was of good value !! Towing, diagnostics, any motor issue from tubes to transmission, just all of it needed to let us know we wouldn't end up surprised and over our heads on an off day again! Melinda was amazing as well. She came in an hour after I got there due to being in a meeting just before and helped us find the perfect vehicle to fit our large family. Didn't make us feel pressured into it, offered every paper we signed plus a car fax to let us know she wasn't selling us on a bad dream. Moved us in and out as quickly as she could just as we were hoping. Will definitely recommend Melinda and Don Franklin to every friend asking!

My sales associate Brandon Ramey was very well prepared. He stayed in touch, answered my questions, greeted me upon arrival and was very polite and professional.

I also needed to process paperwork with J.D. and he was just as friendly as Brandon.

My car is awesome and I can trust vehicle purchases from Don Franklin.
