I purchased my 2024 GMC sierra 2500 AT4 new from herb jones in the spring of 2024. I recently had an issue with my truck and took it to the dealership this past week and herb jones wouldn’t give me the time of day to look at my truck. I just needed some quick diagnostics because essentially I was stranded with a 90k+ truck I purchased from them and also recommend my step father to purchase the same exact truck from them two weeks after buying mine so I felt like I should’ve been give a little bit of accommodation since I helped them sell almost $200k worth of trucks but nope. Herb jones was absolutely terrible at handling this matter and told me they wouldn’t be helping me. So I started calling GM dealerships within a hour and thankfully Debbie at the Glasgow dealership in the service department was an absolute life saver. My truck could make the drive down there but if I shut it off my truck wouldn’t start back and thankfully I limped my truck to Glasgow and Debbie was able to get me in that day. She is truly a life saver and will gladly be giving Don Franklin Glasgow my business from here on out. Thank you so much for taking care of my situation.
