Quick response to my needs for a “whistle “ issue with my oil tank. Just wish I could have been notified there was an issue. Driver did not leave a message on the ticket. Your delivery people are great. We got a call the other day telling me the windows in my cottage were frozen with ice. Fortunately we drain the water and only heat the basement in the winter. I thought it was so nice of him to call me.
we are very pleased with the service technician that contacted us by phone early this morning when our boiler suddenly stopped working. he was able to solve the problem over the phone and we were happy to have heat back on this cold march morning. on the other hand, since the pandemic started we are shocked by how difficult it is to reach you by phone. ordinary phone service during the week (e.g., to pay a bill) is awful and we are forced to wait a ridiculous amount of time on the phone to speak with a representative.
When you need guaranteed fuel delivery or furnace repair, it is hard to beat DownEast.
