What do you like about our products and services?

I am an out-of-state home owner and this was my 1st winter. Unfortunately I ran out of fuel and the pipes froze. Downeast Energy filled the tank within a week, primed the furnace and then took the trouble to lock the door I had asked a relative to leave open the day they delivered service. Excellent service and caring.

Quick response to my needs for a “whistle “ issue with my oil tank. Just wish I could have been notified there was an issue. Driver did not leave a message on the ticket. Every time I get a delivery I have to call and find out. Tech was very good about coming into my home and getting it taken care of, Thank you.
