I asked if it was possible to get a lower price per gallon for propane since prices have gone down in this area since I signed the contract in April, and particularly as I am retired, on a fixed income and not looking forward to the winter bills. It is going to be tight. And close. I really did not expect anything but whoever is in charge of this in Brunswick gave me a new contract with a price reduced by 50 cents per gallon. She is on my Christmas list forever:) This really, really helps. Still going to be a rough winter but this helps. Unfortunately, at the same time, my system went down, needed a part and cost about $468 probably negating the savings. Tough times.
So....I was seriously considering finding a new supplier in the spring and paying the cost to switch tanks. I am no longer considering that. Thank you Brunswick!
My only complaint centers on the phones - impossible to get through to you guys during the day.
