You have the fuel, you deliver it, your drivers can read the instructions so they don't back down 1/4 mile of driveway when we have a circle at our end of it. Bill is clear and legible.
I would love a 24 hour heads-up when they are coming though, got an old cat who doesn't always get out of the way and occasionally graze livestock across the driveway with a temporary fence, and had some logs going out a couple years ago. Also, could check the tank top for wasps and mow or shovel a path, to make it nicer for your driver.
Friendly, responsive, helpful customer service. Reliable, efficient delivery service. Downeast provides propane service to us, but our needs are minimal, i.e. once a year. But the response is as if we had monthly or weekly delivery needs. We feel as important to them as if we were one of their 'busiest' customers. Our thanks for we are grateful!
