Down East is often difficult to reach by phone but when we have requested service there has also been a prompt response. Would appreciate a receipt on time of delivery.

I have been on an automatic fuel oil delivery plan for almost nine years. Downeast has always delivered when needed, without me having to place an order, ever. That is the true definition of reliability, and demonstration of a good accurate forecast / estimation system.

The serviceman who came to our home was friendly, very knowledgeable and able to explain how everything worked. We were impressed. He also discovered we had a leak at our propane tank and fixed it during that visit. It was pouring rain with gale force winds and he completed job right away.
The office staff is very thorough in their contact with me. All polices and products were explained
to me.in a very friendly manner.
