Relaxing environment and friendly staff

Cold plunge was soooo cold!
I really love That each room Is clean, Private, And the temperature of the cold plunge bath is just right. Also, the Sauna With TV or your own music is a nice touch. I did an hour session and it was perfect! The relaxing shower at the end was a good touch too. They also have a blowout bar for you to do your hair if you need to.
Love the new set up. I would love for y’all to put one near Kennesaw/Marietta.

It’s a great facility. We usually use the sauna followed by a plunge. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The staff really are amazing!

I love coming to the location in West Ashley, everyone has always been so nice and friendly.
The double sauna room was a little bit dirty (hairs and dirt in the sauna and in the shower).
Everything else and every other time, I never noticed it was dirty before. Towels and everything else has been spot on clean and ready.
Just this once, it was pretty gross...
Easy scheduling and efficient service
The person working was excellent, went above and beyond (I believe his name was Tyler) to answer all my questions. The sauna was really nice.

I like the idea that you get to relax in the sauna for a while. The cold plunge to me is getting use to but I am sure you can get use to it.

I enjoy the privacy, which allows for ease of transition in the contrast therapy process, and the ability to zone out however you need to in order to get through the session.

The Sweathouz team is always super nice and helpful. Facility always clean inside. Check the showers; the temp on some of them is not working and they do not get to cool or cold, only warm or HOT. Overall, I love the experience and I’m happy to be a member.
I know this is not in direct control of Sweathouz, but I think every tenant of 3005 Peachtree needs to tell building management that the garage is really filthy. Trash everywhere piled up, often rotting bags of discarded household trash just dumped in garage and left to rot. I’m happy to complain directly to the building as well because this degrades the experience that your customers have!
