It was a very cool experience trying contrast therapy for the first time! Denzel was awesome and explained everything and gave my husband and I guidance and pointers. The facility was very clean. We found the affects of the cold plunge in particular to be very noticeable.
The facility is well staffed and the sauna rooms are always clean.

The cold plunge .
The whole experience from the sauna, vitamin C shower, and the plunge was a new eye opener. My daughter and I felt rejuvenated and relaxed.

Clean and modern facility. The rooms were spacious and set up nicely. Loved the addition touch of having spray deodorant, a bag for my swim suit and hair dryers as I was off to run errands after my session.
