The cleaning crew does a good job getting the suite ready. Amenities in the suite are clean, nicely presented, and in good working order.
Clean studio, great amenities offered - like dyson hair supplies, and loved the private all in one pods. My energy level immediately following this session was incredibly high and at night I slept better than I have in a while. I will absolutely be buying some kind of package to make this a more frequent practice. I’ll be sure to highly recommend SweatHauz to friends & family!

I really enjoyed the whole experience! The sauna and shower were refreshing and a good warm up to the cold plunge. While the cold plunge was a shocking experience as a first timer, I appreciated it as part of the process afterwards and would love to do the whole thing again! Thank you!

If you would have asked me even three weeks ago if I would do cold plunge and sauna, I would have said you’re crazy. But after going just one time, I really enjoy it. I love that you get your own room and not have to share an open space with others.

Privacy, cleanliness, early options
I love the privacy of the suites. The facility is also pretty clean. The place also offers items like wet bag, deodorant and the beauty bar. Everytime I go I feel great and refreshed afterwards. As someone with stress and cholesterol issues this is a great alternative therapy to medication.
In terms of the facility itself, nothing to complain about. To be able to have a private suite to do this kind of therapy and not share with others awkwardly makes this experience well worth it. The customer service from the people that work there has also been nothing short of excellent, especially from Ken and Raven. I come almost everyday and they have helped me out so many times in accommodating my schedule (if slots are available of course) and with anything else. If you have the means and are looking for a place to do contrast therapy, this is definitely the location to go.

The suites are tranquil and clean. There is a beauty bar with the latest hair tools. Also, the business hours give you a wide range of time slots to choose from and the staff is friendly.
I can’t say enough nice things. It’s always clean, equipment works well, and smiling faces from the staff! I’ve already told about 30 people about this place.

I had an amazing experience, but would have loved to experience the vitamin C infused shower. I can’t wait for that to be placed, but otherwise, no complaints.
