I had a great and relaxing experience. I would love to see more services massages offered and/or salt cave and jacuzzi. I think this would really make it even more unique. But it’s so nice that I’ve already started to recommend SWTHZ to many friends who may come over to visit soon!

I am an athlete that is always searching for new and improved recovery / wellness options. I drove past The SweatHouz and thought to google and called. First I spoke to Jeremiah who was passionate about his company and then I made an appointment and met the owner Richie who was kind and considerate and gave me a personal tour. LOVED the facility! What a marvelous experience! I used the infrared sauna and the cold plunge and the vitamin enriched water in the shower. Freakin AMAZING. For one hour I was in heaven and you can listen to music or watch TV and then to make things even more spectacular there's an upscale beauty bar! I joined on the spot and can't wait to go back this week! 5 STARS PLUS!
I enjoy a massage and cryo and a stretch but I must admit this was an HOUR that gave me 3 wellness options to combine. Glorious! I felt NO PAIN after the plunge. I had to push myself a few times to stay in the water but after my inflammation was gone. AND it lasted for a few days. 5 STARS PLUS!

Frank checked me in. He was great! He walked me through the space and process. I enjoyed my experience. Felt very comfortable and relaxed. Wish there are more hooks in the room to hang my personal items (bags and clothes) as I only saw one which is right by the showers. Overall, very positive experience!
