I have been coming to SH almost daily since May 2023, so through the reno etc. I love the benefits of contrast therapy. I’m a die hard! I’ve also seen the turnover of employees. The one constant and hardest worker throughout has been Dallas. He’s got an incredible strong work ethic- super professional, caring, knowledgeable and excellent customer service! A true pleasure to be around. The next person I find to be awesome is our manager Tracy. So far she is an excellent mgr. I also want to be sure you know how great of a job Kat and AJ (from Vinings) do!! Both super sharp and great at their jobs. Linda and Jeanine are work horses! Keep these people around if possible as some consistency is good. Thanks! -Name removed

Amazing experience. loved the privacy of the personal Sauna room and the cleanliness. Everything was explained to me and although I had an hour time limit, I didn't feel rushed.
