Love the private suites, although it would be nice if a bathroom was located inside each suite for convenience. Staff was awesome and knowledgeable.

to start with the app is great and very user friendly. It's convenient and quick to select your reservation time. The facilities are very clean and well equipped with towels and toiletries. The infrared sauna is one of the best i've used and the cold plunge is perfect temperature. The vitamin C shower is a massive plus and one of my favorite aspects of the experience. I feel rejuvenated after a handful of visits and look forward to continue my morning routine visits to Sweathouz Burlington

AJ and Brianna were very friendly and explained the whole process which made me feel very comfortable! I had never been in an infrared sauna or did a cold plunge before.

I’ve been a regular customer for 2 months now. I work out every day, so I love the ice bath and sauna experience—it’s excellent. At first, the ice bath was a real struggle, but absolutely worth it. I always left feeling completely recovered and relaxed.
The place has amazing, calming vibes. The service and hospitality were exceptional—professional and kind. A special shoutout to Taran and Dylan, who were a pleasure to interact with. I highly recommend Sweathouz to anyone looking to recharge and rejuvenate!

LOVED everything! The staff was incredible! Contrast therapy has had a great effect on my mental and physical health. Those location is so lovely. Booking was also incredibly easy. I have already recommended it to several people and got my boyfriend to book a session (he loved it as well).
I loved the combination of sauna, shower, and plunge in one room. The shower was great because it brought the temperature down before plunge and then it was a nice warm up for after plunge

Of mentioning, I’ve not been able to book online appointments as my home setting is for Burlington center. I tried few times to change the location, but when I want to book appointment gives me the option of Burlington only. Please look into this and let me know.

Amazing experience!! I’ve been to a few other cold plunge places and SweatHouz tops all. It’s a very clean space and having own private room with everything is seriously the best, it eases my cleanliness ocd. The staff are super nice and helpful. 10/10 experience!
I highly recommend this place! My suite was spotless, the staff was incredibly courteous and knowledgeable, and I thoroughly enjoyed the contrast therapy. I left feeling rejuvenated; my sleep was undisturbed and among the best I've had this month.

The only downside is that the staff is working in a facility with little to NO air conditioning. It was 90 in the main area last week. I hope it gets better for them to be able to keep up the great work. They did not complain. This is an observation of mine.

I love the sauna - I always left feeling destressed and detoxed, the cold plunge is a most euphoric feeling and the recovery room is excellent for a little chill me time in cozy socks! I would put a sheet mask on and get a 10 minute hydromassage - heaven!!! I felt the price was very reasonable, and I looked forward to my sessions. I just didn't feel safe parking there. I was only a member for 3 months and there were SEVERAL car break-ins while i was there, while I was actually using the studio! It was very stressful
