How clean everything was! The rooms were so relaxing and so was the spa for the moment you walked in! I loved the dry bar and the vitamin water for afterwards. Literally the only thing possible that you could ever need at thing place would be body lotion! I give this place 12/10
I really enjoyed the private suite. It was nice to have the extra space and time to myself. It was my first time to do a cold plunge. While it was challenging, I really enjoyed it. I felt great afterwards, and I’m looking forward to returning!

Love the contrast therapy of the sauna and cold plunge. The private suites are clean and have a great vibe. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My visits to SweatHouz have led to noticeable physical and mental health benefits and they are a highlight of my week!

I felt amazing when I left! All of the little luxuries really made this self-care experience stand out; the cool scented towel, flavored water, toiletries, and Dyson hair dryers. It was definitely worth what I paid for the intro visit. It is pretty expensive for follow up visits which will limit the frequency for me. I have already recommended to others.
