It was an amazing experience! We were given a full tour of the facility prior to our appointment. The gentleman who helped us was friendly and did a wonderful job of explaining the services we were there to enjoy. Honestly, it was such an awesome experience that I purchased a monthly membership. I cannot wait for my next appointment! I have already told friends and coworkers about it!!!

I have been told so many different things on the cancellation protocol. And I’m at the point im going to cancel my membership bc of the attitude I get from the staff. I pay for an unlimited membership. And I always let them know if I can’t make my appointment but I do not appreciate being threatened that I’m going to be charged if I cancel past the 6 hour mark. Especially when things happen out of our control. It’s tacky.
