Paul always gives me a call before he arrives. He is very kind and does a wonderful job. If I need service before the scheduled time I have no problem getting someone to come out. Best of all, Y'all came out when I was about to lose my mind over some bugs that my MIL brought into our home and I didn't have an account with you then. We have used Northwest since that day several years ago.

Mr. Joe does a great job attending to whatever needs we may have. He is professional and courteous. He does a thorough job. If we have questions he always has the answers.
The technician came early and sprayed our house. Haven't seen to many spiders after the treatment. Spiders have been a nuisance this summer. We are happy with the results of the treatment.
