Your company always calls to make sure we agree on a day for your associate to come to our home. We have always had a great experience with the three different gentlemen who have treated our home. Paul, is the person who helps keep our home free from critters now and he is wonderful. He always asks questions if we have seen any specific bugs around. He lets us know how he will treat the home and lets us know when he is done. Paul also made us aware to
have our home checked for termites and how your company has ways to prevent them. We took his advice and had the home checked for termites and put in that yearly system to keep termites away from our home. So, thank you Paul and Northwest Exterminating for keeping our home a place without pests.
