I visited this new Sport Clips location because of the advertised free haircut promotion. After my haircut, I was told the promotion wouldn’t be honored due to a misunderstanding between the marketing team and the store owner, and I was charged full price.
Customers shouldn’t have to pay for an internal miscommunication. I’m requesting a full refund, as the promotion was the reason I chose your store.
Bertha Was my stylist. She was pleasant and skilled at doing my haircut. When she washed my hair afterwards, she went above and beyond with a facial cream treatment, hot towel, and a thorough, massaging shampoo.
I will definitely ask for her nedt time I am in.
The gentleman who cut my hair did a fantastic job. He was polite, professional, was very thorough. My haircut looks so good, my wife might sleep with me this year. Fingers crossed!
