Its happening more often now that i have to go back for reservice. When the good people arent available its a russian roulette if its gonna be someone good. Deciding to change all together as i have to stay away from several locations already.

First off, Kari was AMAZING! I walked in for my first haircut in 6 months and she asked me what I wanted. I simply told her that I trusted her, and off we went. She moved around like that professional she is, and took me from looking homeless, to someone that looks like they contribute to society. She carried on a meaningful conversation and made everything feel right. I highly recommend her, and will specifically ask for her every time I go in now.
Great hairstylist Aaliyah is great, the area in the store is always clean and everybody seems to be happy all the time

This was my second really weird experience in a row getting a haircut at this location. It was very bizarre, she didn’t seem to understand at all what I was asking for even though I used very basic and clear instructions in my request (“I want a #2 on the sides and I want the length on top to be about half an inch”) and I repeated myself in many different ways trying to help her understand. She didn’t know what lengths the different numbers on the clippers correspond to which seems like incredibly basic job knowledge. She was also very resistant to giving me the haircut I asked for and as she started she said “well, it will grow back at some point at least” which left me with a really weird feeling. I had a similar experience with a different staff member last time as well. I have been going to sports clips exclusively for years, but I think yesterday may be my last time because it’s just ridiculous at this point.
The associate did not understand English relative to haircut. If she did, she hid it extremely well. She said “yes” or “okay” and did what she wanted to do.
I absolutely hate water on my head and I always mention no water or products. As soon she acknowledged no water she started squirting water on me. I asked for a high and tight, she said okay “high fade”. No I do not want a fade - I want high and tight. After three attempts to get her to understand, I’m done.
I cannot wait to tell everyone to stay clear of her (Silvia).
Instead of a peaceful haircut I had an awful experience. I get it’s only a haircut but on a fixed income, I don’t want to pay for a lack of understanding simple phrases relative to the service I’m paying for.
This is the second time Jackie has cut my hair and she has done an amazing job both times. I hate getting my haircut but she makes me not worry over it!

I always support the location at Grant and Louetta. I’ve used them for years. Occasionally I purchase their Tea Tree hair care products such as the shampoo and conditioner.

The Sport Clips services are always great and the prices are very reasonable!! Sport clips is a very organized and clean men's hair facility!
However, I would like to notify the IT department that the Web Site is always impossible to navigate or communicate with Sport Clips location.
